Refunds for payment of merchandise are subject to the warranty and refund provisions.
Refunds are available for the following reasons:
- In the event that through our fault the order was not delivered to you within the agreed timeframe.
- The product does not match the description. This must be reported to the support chat within 48 hours with proof.
In which cases you will not be able to expect a refund or replacement accounts:
- If you have successfully logged into your account and after some action on your part, your account is locked/restricted/disabled, we do not provide replacements or refunds.
- When choosing accounts to purchase, be careful. If you mistakenly purchased the wrong accounts and gained access to them, we will refuse to refund or replace the accounts.
- We will not issue refunds or replacements if, after purchasing and receiving your Google AdWords account login details, you decide, for whatever reason, not to use it.
